1. Can GoIP support hunt group operation?

Yes, GoIP supports hunt group operation when it is configured to GSM Group mode. A hunt group (or hunting) is a telephone concept that refers to the method of distributing phone calls from a single telephone number to a group of several phone lines. Applications like Call Centre and Call Back Service require this type of operation so that customers only need to call a single number in order to access the service. Please refer to the GoIP User Manual for more information.

2. Does GoIP support backup server for non-interrupted service?

Yes, you can enable the Backup Server if you are using Single Server Mode, Config. By Line Mode, or Config. By Group mode. When GoIP fails to register to the primary SIP Server, it will then register to the Backup Server. For Trunk Gateway mode, you can specifies up to three Routing Gateway addresses. Both mechanisms help to insure non-interrupted service.

3. Is it possible to specify which GSM channel to use for making an outgoing call?

Yes, it is possible; however, the GoIP must use Config. By Line or Config. By Group mode. Please see the GoIP User Manual for more information.
