QR511 is a QoS Router which has adapted our proprietary Intelligent Flow
Control Algorithm. It offers the best bandwidth protection and utilization in
network where QoS is deployed. In compare with a traditional QoS Router,
QR511 offers the ability to control the bandwidth utilization for both upstream
and downstream directions as well as the ability to transmit the high priority
traffic first. When there are no high priority traffics, the full bandwidth allowed
is available for low priority traffics. However, when there are high priority
traffics, the bandwidth used by low priority traffics is automatically limited to a
preset value. Therefore, the performance of applications with QoS can then
be secured. Real time applications like gaming and VoIP can then be greatly
benefited in network where QR511 is deployed. |
